Partners of the Smart Freight Centre (SFC) benefit from dedicated research aimed at addressing and solving their specific challenges.

Partnership Opportunities

The Region of Peel is investing seed funding of $240,000 annually for five years to establish the Smart Freight Centre.

McMaster University, University of Toronto, and York University have committed to match these funds with cash and in-kind contributions that include access to computing labs, offices and support services and faculty and staff salaries.

The SFC is seeking government and industry partners’ cash contributions to build the Centre into a regional asset.
